Key Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

• Ph.D. holder with three years of experience as Lecturer II/Librarian II, OR
• Master's Degree holder with three years of experience as Lecturer II/Librarian II

Publication and Research Requirements:

• Ph.D. holders: Minimum 25 publication points with at least 5 publications
• Master's Degree holders: Minimum 30 publication points, at least 6 publications, and minimum 5 citations
• All candidates must have minimum 5 citations on Google Scholar or Research Gate

Professional Requirements:

• Up-to-date membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum 45 points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum 2 points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate

Career Status:

• First-time applicants to university teaching positions will enter at the rank of Lecturer I or below

CONUASS Grade Level 4
