About the Position

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Lecturer I in Estate Management at Federal University Oye-Ekiti.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification pathways:

Pathway 1: PhD Holders

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification
• Minimum three years experience as Lecturer II/Librarian II
• Admissible publications totaling not less than 25 points
• Minimum 45 points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum of five (5) publications
• For specialized fields (Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine): Registration with MDCN or Veterinary Council of Nigeria (VCN) required

Pathway 2: Master's Degree Holders

• Master's Degree qualification
• Minimum three years experience as Lecturer II/Librarian II
• Admissible publications totaling not less than 30 points
• Minimum 45 points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum of six (6) publications
• Citation not less than five (5)

Additional Requirements

• Must be an up-to-date member of relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum two (2) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Must be visible on Google Scholar or ResearchGate with citation not less than 5

Salary and Grade

CONUASS 4

Note

A successful applicant taking up a teaching appointment at the University for the first time may enter at not more than the rank of Lecturer I.
