Academic Qualifications

• Ph.D. Degree (or equivalent) in Data Science or related field of specialization, with a minimum of three (3) years of service as Lecturer II, plus admissible publications totaling not less than 25 points and 45 points in Job Appraisal
• Alternatively, Master's Degree with a minimum of three (3) years of service as Lecturer II, plus admissible publications totaling not less than 30 points, citation not less than 5, and 45 points in Job Appraisal

Publication and Research Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) publications (Ph.D. holders)
• Minimum of six (6) publications (Master's Degree holders)
• Minimum citation count of 5 on Google Scholar or Research Gate
• Visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate

Professional Requirements

• Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum of two (2) points in Academic Leadership or Administrative Responsibility
• First-time appointees to the University cannot exceed the rank of Lecturer I
