Requirements

Academic Qualifications (Choose One Path):

• Ph.D. Degree holder or equivalent in Cyber Security or related field, with a minimum of three (3) years as Lecturer II, admissible publications totaling not less than twenty-five (25) points, and forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• Master's Degree holder with a minimum of three (3) years as Lecturer II, admissible publications totaling not less than thirty (30) points, citation not less than five (5), and forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal

Professional Requirements:

• Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum of five (5) publications for Ph.D. holders or six (6) publications for Master's degree holders
• Visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate with citation not less than five (5)
• Minimum of two (2) points in Academic Leadership or Administrative Responsibility

Appointment Terms:

• Candidates entering a teaching appointment at the University for the first time must enter at the rank of Lecturer I or below
