## Title: Lecturer in Health and Social Care Management

We are an innovative EdTech-driven education provider committed to shaping the future of learning through technology, global teaching standards, and student-centered approaches. As part of our expansion, we are seeking passionate and experienced Lecturers to join our growing academic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver modules in health and social care management, including leadership, healthcare policy, ethics, and contemporary practice
  • Design lesson plans, presentations, and online resources aligned with our global curriculum
  • Supervise student projects, case studies, and applied research
  • Assess and grade student work in line with assessment standards
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and academic support to students
  • Contribute to curriculum review and internal quality assurance (IQA) processes
  • Use EdTech tools to enhance teaching and promote blended learning

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Health & Social Care, Public Health, or related field
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and academic writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of health and social care policy frameworks and leadership practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional background in healthcare or social care practice
  • Teaching or lecturing experience
  • BSc/HND graduates with relevant professional qualifications and experience may apply
