Learning & Development Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to design, deliver, and evaluate high-impact, client-centric learning solutions for organizations and job seekers. This role requires strong instructional design, facilitation, and consulting skills with a clear focus on measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized learning interventions for clients
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training programs
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate business needs into learning solutions
• Measure learning effectiveness using pre/post assessments and feedback
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Contribute to repeat business, referrals, and revenue from L&D offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in L&D (HR consulting experience preferred)
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to demonstrate learning impact and business value
