About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Elalan Construction as a Learning and Development Officer. In this key position, you will drive talent acquisition, learning initiatives, and people strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process for local hires using cost-effective sourcing methods and best practice recruitment methodology
- Own and drive the company competence management system and all learning and development aspects of the people strategy
- Act as the key point of contact with all departments and project managers to drive corporate alignment of L&D activities
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Drive the successful implementation of the annual employee performance appraisal exercise
Required Experience
- 4-5 years of professional experience
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
