Lead, HR Digitalization at Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO)

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos, Nigeria. The Lead, HR Digitalization will oversee the digital transformation of HR processes, implement HR management systems, and ensure seamless HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's HR digitalization strategy
• Implement and optimize HRIS/HCM platforms to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Automate HR workflows and enhance process integration
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption
• Manage and digitize HR policies and enhance employee benefits programs
• Oversee personnel management and foster an innovative HR environment
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15–20 years of HR experience
• At least 7 years in HR digital transformation or systems leadership
• Proven expertise with HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Seamless HR, or similar solutions)
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector is an added advantage
