Position Overview
The Lead Generator Officer will be responsible for researching, identifying, and generating high-quality sales leads to support business growth. This role requires strong research skills, effective communication, and the ability to build an active pipeline of prospective clients for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries and markets
- Generate and qualify leads in line with company-defined criteria
- Conduct initial outreach via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Gather and maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems
- Schedule appointments and handover qualified leads to the sales team
- Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements
- Continuously improve lead sourcing strategies and outreach techniques
Required Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification (advantageous)

- Strong research, analytical, and data management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and implement effective solutions
