Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. The Lead Consultant will oversee HIV-related programs and provide strategic leadership across the organization's key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HIV-related programs and coordinate support groups
- Provide leadership for advocacy initiatives addressing members' needs
- Collaborate with constituent bodies and stakeholders
- Facilitate planning sessions and strategic discussions
- Monitor program implementation and track progress
- Analyze program data and evaluate outcomes
- Engage stakeholders and manage partnerships
- Ensure adherence to organizational goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS programming and community health
- Experience working with patient-focused networks or similar organizations
- Expertise in Program Management and Strategic Planning, including ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives
- Strong Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement skills for driving HIV policy development
- Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership
- Strong Communication, Report Writing, and Presentation skills
- Problem-Solving and Analytical abilities to address program challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic organizational setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector
- Familiarity with Nigeria's healthcare policies
