Lead, Community & Operations at Infinion Technologies

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Lead in Community & Operations to drive operational excellence and enhance employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, ensuring that all utilities are properly maintained and in optimal condition
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure new resources are onboarded with the necessary tools to perform their duties, including coordinating sitting arrangements, laptop onboarding, and off-boarding processes
• Drive people experience initiatives to enhance community wellness, including overseeing office rebranding projects and planning and executing internal and external staff events
• Coordinate event surveys, retreats, team bonding activities, birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, and send-off events
• Manage staff feedback programs for repairs, upgrades, and utilities
• Partner with the People & Culture Team to proactively resolve workplace issues and facilitate effective execution of company policies and procedures
• Ensure all recurrent subscriptions and license renewals are paid on time, and interface with service providers and compliance/regulatory bodies
• Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze spending patterns, track procurement expenditures, and generate reports for management review and strategic planning
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure all company assets are in good working order and properly accounted for
• Track inventory levels, manage resources, and ensure timely availability of materials and tools required for operations
• Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards
