Laminating Machine Operator at Elizabeth Maddeux

Position Overview

The Laminating Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and delivering high-quality polythene products in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminating machines to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company production standards
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major faults to maintenance personnel
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Participate in overtime work when required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience operating laminating machines or similar production equipment
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning and night) and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Readiness to relocate to Enugu

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Full working day
• Saturday: Half-day for morning shift (ending by 1 pm); night shift off
• Sunday: Off for all shifts
• 2-shift system (Morning and Night Shifts)
