About the Role
A growing hospitality business in Surulere is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen & Bar Records Administrator to handle administrative and record-keeping tasks. The ideal candidate will support management by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking daily operations, and ensuring smooth back-office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily sales records for restaurant and bar operations
- Update stock usage, requisitions, and inventory logs
- Prepare basic reports for management including sales, expenses, and stock movements
- Assist with staff attendance records and shift documentation
- Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
- Support front office and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure documents are properly stored, organized, and updated
- Cross-check POS reports, sales summaries, and cash records
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE/OND qualification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of record keeping, documentation, and reporting
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, or POS reporting tools
- Reliability, honesty, and discipline
- Prior experience in hospitality or clerical work is an added advantage
