About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 using the English National Curriculum, with a proven ability to inspire a love for reading, writing, and communication in young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum
• Develop pupils' literacy, comprehension, and creative writing skills through innovative teaching methods
• Assess, record, and report on students' progress regularly
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a well-rounded learning experience

Requirements

• A degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience with Key Stage 1 or 2 pupils
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
