Position Overview
The Key Account Manager (Customer Service) will manage and support Speedaf's strategic and high-value customers, ensuring service excellence, issue resolution, and SLA compliance across express logistics operations. The role serves as the primary service contact for assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main customer service contact for assigned key accounts
- Manage day-to-day service requests, escalations, and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor SLA performance and provide regular service updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues using CRM tools
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients to improve retention and satisfaction
- Prepare service performance reports for management and clients
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or key account support
- Experience in express logistics or courier operations
- Prior experience working with FMCG, E-commerce, Fintech, or Banking clients
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused logistics environment
