About the Role

Medcourt Support Services is seeking a diligent and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our team in Ikeja. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising, managing, and coordinating day-to-day project activities related to our comprehensive range of medical solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate daily project activities ensuring alignment with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements for all medical solutions and services
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, installers, vendors, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide timely updates on project progress and proactively address any issues that may affect project timelines
• Manage the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to guarantee that medical solutions meet specified performance and safety criteria
• Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of the installation process
• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors, providing training and guidance to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Identify and resolve issues or challenges during the installation process in collaboration with the project team to prevent delays or deviations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and as-built drawings
• Generate comprehensive reports on project status, issues, and resolutions for communication to project stakeholders
• Perform any other duties as assigned
