About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards for project deliverables and monitor adherence to those standards. Conduct regular quality assurance checks and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders and manage their expectations. Seek feedback, address concerns, and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Assess the impact of changes to project scope, timelines, or resources. Implement change management processes to minimize disruption and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify lessons learned from completed projects and implement improvements for future initiatives.
