## Title: Junior Business Development Executive

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. The Junior Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The role requires proactive prospecting, effective client engagement, and the ability to support the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales relationship management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, commercial awareness, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Evaluate prospective clients' needs and position the company's products and services as suitable solutions
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Prepare, schedule, and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Manage and support the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support, information, and guidance
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into active business partnerships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth and product improvement
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events on behalf of the company to promote brand visibility and generate leads
  • Handle client complaints or objections in a professional manner and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and client interactions
