## Title: Junior Account Officer

About the Role

A reputable healthcare organization seeks a dedicated individual for the position of Junior Account Officer to manage financial records and accounts operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain financial records and documentation
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Review and verify invoices
Reconcile accounts to the general ledger
Contact clients regarding transactions and invoices
Address queries and issues related to accounts
Manage referral doctors' accounts and payments

Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting
Proven work experience as an Account Officer
Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions
Solid analytical skills
Data analysis capabilities
Detail-oriented approach to work
Strong interpersonal skills
