About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lagos. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and providing cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, cost plans, and procurement documents
• Conduct site measurements and surveys to monitor project progress
• Analyze and report on project costs, identifying areas for cost savings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Assist in tendering and procurement processes
• Prepare and submit claims and valuations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., ProEst, Buildsoft)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RQS/NIQS membership
