About the Role
An established company is recruiting highly motivated and result-driven Direct Sales Agents to join the Sales team. As a DSA, you will be responsible for winning new customers, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present products to customers and highlight their benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related fields
- 1–2 years of direct sales experience or equivalent
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
