About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Full-Time Java EE Trainer with expertise in JSF (Java Server Faces), Hibernate, and Spring Framework to conduct hands-on training sessions and mentor students. The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise Java development experience and a passion for teaching and guiding students through real-world projects. This role is perfect for professionals looking for a flexible schedule while sharing their industry expertise with aspiring developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and hands-on training in JSF, Hibernate, and Spring Framework
- Guide students through Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate ORM, and RESTful Web Services
- Teach enterprise application architecture, design patterns, and database integration techniques
- Assist students in developing, debugging, and deploying Java EE applications
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, assisting with code debugging, optimization, and real-world implementation challenges
- Guide students in building industry-standard Java EE applications
- Offer feedback on student projects and assess their progress
- Update course materials, lesson plans, and coding exercises as needed
- Stay up to date with emerging Java EE trends, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong Java EE development experience, with expertise in JSF, Hibernate, and Spring Framework
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices Architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with SQL, ORM frameworks, and database integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong communication, mentorship, and presentation skills
- Prior teaching or training experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
