A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff across assigned sites
  • Inspect facilities to ensure cleaning standards, hygiene, and sanitation requirements are met
  • Assign tasks, schedules, and duty rosters for cleaners and janitorial teams
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of cleaning staff
  • Ensure availability of cleaning materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Report equipment faults, maintenance needs, and supply shortages
  • Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning processes, use of equipment, and safety protocols
  • Enforce compliance with company cleaning standards, safety rules, and operational procedures
  • Coordinate deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special cleaning projects
  • Serve as the communication link between site management, operations, and cleaners
  • Prepare daily/weekly cleaning reports and submit updates to the Operations Manager
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and complaints related to janitorial services
  • Ensure proper waste disposal, recycling procedures, and sanitation practices
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new janitorial staff when required.
