About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to students, teachers, and staff. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the school's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users
• Manage network operations and maintenance
• Administer user accounts and access controls
• Manage hardware and software installations and updates
• Deliver training and support to staff and students
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
