About the Role

Enviable Group is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Locations: Umuahia (Abia), Asaba (Delta), and Port Harcourt (Rivers)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security protocols are adhered to
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly
• Assist with system upgrades, backups, and regular maintenance
• Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions
• Support staff with IT-related training when necessary

Requirements

• OND / HND qualification or B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system installations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
