Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support across the organization
• Manage and update static websites (basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Configure and troubleshoot mail servers and related systems
• Deliver general IT support to ensure smooth business operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic front-end web knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience managing mail servers (e.g., Exchange, cPanel, or similar)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
