Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain both hardware and software systems that support our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with hardware components (CCTV, access control, panels) and exposure to software systems (PLC systems, AVEVA, and related platforms). This role requires someone technically sound, detail-oriented, and able to provide reliable support for critical systems within an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware systems including CCTV, access control systems, and panels
• Install, configure, and repair IT and security infrastructure
• Support the software components of engineering operations, including PLC systems, AVEVA, and other industrial applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational uptime of all IT and security-related systems
• Manage routine system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance for IT hardware and software
• Assist in the design, deployment, and integration of IT systems for projects
• Provide user training and technical guidance to staff
• Maintain documentation of all systems, incidents, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with IT and security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field
• 5–6 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in hardware maintenance (CCTV, access control, security panels)
• Familiarity with software/industrial systems such as PLC programming and AVEVA (or similar industrial applications)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
