## Title: IT Sales Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an IT Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic customer engagement and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Present IT products and services, demonstrate features, answer client questions, and explain how solutions address customer problems
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, conduct cold calling activities, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close sales to meet established targets
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets, prepare and present sales performance reports, and analyze sales data
  • Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, manage client databases, and track sales performance metrics

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT sector
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
