## Title: IT Sales and Business Development Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales and Business Development executive to drive disciplined, hands-on growth through defined go-to-market execution, customer acquisition, and partner support. This role is designed for a professional who enjoys clear targets, structured execution, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cluster-based go-to-market activities
  • Identify, engage, and convert SMB prospects into paying customers
  • Book and coordinate customer audits as part of the sales process
  • Follow up audit outcomes and progress leads through to closure
  • Support partner identification and onboarding initiatives
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records within CRM and internal tools
  • Operate strictly within company's SOPs, workflows, and reporting cadence
  • Provide clear weekly visibility on progress, results, and blockers

Job Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of IT sales experience
  • Comfortable owning outcomes, not just conversations
  • Enjoys structured execution and clear performance measurement
  • Able to operate without constant supervision
  • Motivated by visible progress and tangible results
  • Understanding of long-cycle B2B sales in the SMB segment

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: ₦300,000 per month
  • Commission and Performance Incentives
