Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT and software development projects
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirement specifications, progress reports, and implementation notes

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience managing IT or software product projects
• Background in technology, software development, or financial/payment applications
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
