About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an IT Officer. You will provide comprehensive technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, with a focus on e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all staff across systems, software, hardware, and networking
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot company networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems
• Manage and update the e-commerce website backend and ensure smooth online operations
• Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and devices
• Oversee data backup, cybersecurity measures, and IT policies
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacements
• Support digital payment systems, POS machines, and platform integrations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow through technology
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed

Required Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT support or related roles
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of database management and web operations
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices

Required Skills

• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and online tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues

Preferred Experience

• Experience in e-commerce environments
