A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues via helpdesk,, remote access, or site visits.
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware, software,, and networks.
  • Managing firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups to ensure system integrity.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting server performance and network connectivity (LAN/WAN).
  • Setting up new user accounts, workstations, and training staff on IT best practices.
  • Keeping records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.
  • Must know about graphics
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience.
