Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing enterprise-wide infrastructure systems and technology stack. This role involves translating and implementing system requirements, providing technical support to users and teams, managing project delivery, resolving incidents and requests, and maintaining systems and network connectivity. The IT Infrastructure Manager will ensure optimal customer experience and performance while providing technical expertise in cloud technologies and security deployment.

Key Accountabilities

IT Operations

• Monitor and ensure networks and firewalls meet optimal operating and security compliance standards
• Maintain site reliability for Cloud Productivity Tools and platforms including Office 365, Azure, and AWS
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity measures are effective by executing routine tests and system recovery exercises
• Support all infrastructure hardware, computing resources, network, security, and storage systems utilized across all business functions
• Plan and manage implementations, migrations, system software maintenance, and upgrades for critical information systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve all L2 and L3 incidents associated with server hardware, network connectivity, remote access, and cloud interfaces
• Take ownership and resolve all L2 and L3 incidents for business productivity tools and user issues
• Ensure change requests and implementations of approved changes are properly executed in line with company policy and procedures
• Review the appropriateness of technologies used for system components and recommend modifications or upgrades as necessary to maintain systems according to defined service level agreements and operating level agreements
• Support all project initiatives and ensure requirements and system resources are allocated appropriately
