Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Client Retention

• Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with customers within the hospitality and multilaterals segments that require loans and advances to support their business
• Manage existing clients' portfolios and develop new business opportunities by generating risk assets within the multilaterals and hospitality markets
• Leverage the company's existing relationships by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
• Prepare sales pitches, presentations, and other documents required for client engagements
• Assist in the development, launching, and sales of new product offerings
• Act as liaison between the company and existing or prospective clients

Team Management and Performance

• Effectively manage assigned team to meet and surpass targets

Credit Management and Compliance

• Oversee the coordination, execution, and monitoring of credit extensions from approval to maturity
• Serve as the primary interface with clients throughout the credit lifecycle
• Conduct complete, accurate, and balanced risk assessments for credit approval presentations
• Coordinate the approval process and manage information flow to ensure credit follows stated approval procedures
• Maintain clear communication between the company and clients, ensuring internal approvals are consistent with client expectations
• Ensure compliance with related policies, particularly credit policies

Required Qualifications

• Pristine knowledge of the finance and investment industry
