Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new investment clients through targeted lead generation, networking, and leveraging market intelligence to expand the firm's investor base
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective clients to understand their financial objectives and risk profile, providing tailored advice on real estate properties and investment funds, including REITs
• Present, promote, and secure commitments for our suite of investment opportunities, utilizing expert negotiation and closing skills to finalize deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, performance updates, and exceptional service, fostering trust and repeat business
• Perform ongoing research on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and economic conditions to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge
• Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and accurate information on pricing, availability, and financial structures
• Represent DreamCity Properties at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
• Achieve and exceed predetermined sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field; a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline is preferred
