Inventory & Warehouse Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting logistics activities, and ensuring proper handling and storage of company inventory. This role is essential to ensuring efficient stock management and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic stock counts
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Support loading, offloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with documentation related to inventory and logistics activities
• Support delivery and dispatch processes as required
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• OND in any relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management processes
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks
• Punctual, trustworthy, and willing to learn
• Must reside within or around Ikeja, Lagos
• Male candidates are preferred for gender balance

Compensation

₦70,000 – ₦80,000 Monthly
