Job Summary

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available for customer orders
• Receive, verify, and process customer orders across online platforms
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Update order status, follow up on delayed deliveries, and resolve issues
• Handle order modifications, returns, replacements, and cancellations

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any relevant field
• Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory, or order processing (an added advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
