Inventory Officer at Harmony Sanitary

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Harmony Sanitary as an Inventory Officer in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate information on stock levels
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock-taking activities
• Perform weekly analysis on the stock book
• Manage prompt distribution of products to branches and outlets as requested
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Provide stock reports as needed
• Conduct periodic stock-taking and submit stock reconciliation reports
• Safeguard the store and its contents
• Monitor sales of products through branch stock reports before releasing inventory
• Ensure adequate stock of products and materials to prevent stockouts
• Ensure products are picked up for timely delivery to branches
• Support HR and Operations Manager with recruitment for staff in key stock management roles
• Provide training and guidance to various departments on stock control procedures
• Manage the company stock management system
• Complete ad hoc projects relating to stock and system management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of inventory management experience
• Must be grounded in inventory principles and practices
