Inventory & Fixed Asset Accountant at Givanas Group of Companies

About the Role

Givanas Group of Companies is expanding its Finance structure and seeking an experienced Inventory & Fixed Asset Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong hands-on experience with stock control, physical verification, and fixed asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and ad hoc physical stock counts across warehouses and reconcile all variances
• Maintain accurate inventory ledgers and ensure timely stock adjustments and reconciliations
• Update and manage the fixed asset register, including tagging, verification, and movement tracking
• Review all inbound and outbound stock documentation (GRNs, transfer notes, etc.) for accuracy
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and asset reports for management
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to strengthen inventory control processes
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in inventory accounting, stock audit, or warehouse finance
• Proven experience with physical stock counts and fixed asset management
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system proficiency
• Excellent reconciliation, documentation, and follow-up skills

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₦250,000
