Job Title: Inventory Controller Location: Isolo, Lagos Salary: ₦200,000 Net Monthly Position Overview: The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records, minimize losses, and support smooth warehouse and operational activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and coordination with procurement and operations teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.

• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance reports.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams on stock movement.

• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions.

• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly.

• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.

• Support audit and compliance requirements related to stock management.

Requirements:

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in inventory or stock control.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
