Job Summary

Limeswood Int'l Company seeks a dedicated and proactive Internal Sales Executive to support the entire sales process, from lead generation and client relationship management to order processing and after-sales support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to quickly learn and utilize digital procurement platforms such as Ariba and NipeX.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and close sales
• Support external sales and business development teams by handling inbound leads and client requests
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services
• Maintain thorough understanding of all product lines and service offerings

Order & Documentation Management

• Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation in line with company procedures
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders, delivery schedules, and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and client databases (CRM)
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Operations, Logistics) to ensure efficient service delivery

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report sales performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
• Prepare periodic sales reports and participate in sales meetings

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bids
• Support marketing activities such as client outreach, database management, and product promotions
• Handle routine administrative tasks and ensure professional communication with clients

Qualifications & Experience
