About the Role
The Sales Intern will work directly with the Sales Team to gain hands-on experience in the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to sales administration and customer relationship management. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to launch a career in sales, offering exposure to real-world business challenges and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and participate in client calls, product demonstrations, and sales negotiation meetings to understand best practices
- Attend internal training sessions and study product materials to develop a foundational understanding of the company's offerings
- Assist in non-critical follow-up communications with clients to ensure a smooth transition post-sale or to gather preliminary feedback
- Provide feedback on current sales processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and lead conversion rates
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.Sc Degree, or an OND/HND qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Seeking internship placement
- No prior experience required
