About This Internship

This internship program provides recent graduates and university students in career transition with meaningful work experience. It is also designed to develop leadership competencies and promote the participation of women in decision-making roles within key development spaces.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will initiate, assist, report, and monitor various initiatives while planning regular meetings and facilitating knowledge exchange. Specific responsibilities include:

• Support the development of Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks
• Assist with data collection and analysis from multiple sources
• Perform data entry into data management systems
• Produce written reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Facilitate knowledge dissemination and exchange among interested parties
• Contribute to building a productive and pleasant working environment
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department head or line manager

Required Qualifications

• First degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
• NYSC Certificate of completion, exemption, or exclusion (compulsory)
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Professional experience related to the position will be given additional consideration
