Intermediate Legal Associate at Global Profilers

Position Summary

We are seeking Intermediate Legal Associates with strong backgrounds in litigation and commercial practice to join our team in Lagos. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while working in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review agreements including service agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements, NDAs, leases, and other commercial contracts
• Manage litigation processes including case strategy, drafting court documents, witness preparation, settlements, and enforcement
• Provide legal advisory support on shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal research, draft legal opinions, and monitor legislative changes
• Handle debt recovery and negotiate settlements
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years' experience in litigation and commercial law
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both Law School and University
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• High ethical standards, detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player

Work Conditions

Full-time position | Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Compensation

N450,000 - N550,000 Monthly
