About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales and Marketing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants for delivery, warehousing, and fulfillment services
• Source, recruit, and onboard new riders to expand the company's delivery network
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, profitability, and customer engagement
• Manage online and offline marketing activities to attract potential clients and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, riders, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum HND or B.Sc degree
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or business development (experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong networking ability and target-driven mindset
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing tools
• Ability to plan and execute events with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
