Information Technology (IT) Manager at GVA Partners

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the organization's IT operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology services that meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and meet business requirements
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and suppliers
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for IT projects
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Provide periodic reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to management
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional IT certification required
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and services
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with IT service management frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Master's degree in a related field
