## Title: Indoor Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (advantageous)

Compensation

N200,000 – N250,000 monthly
