About the Role

The ICT Specialist ensures the smooth operation of the bank's information technology systems, supporting critical digital infrastructure and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Support digital banking initiatives and IT projects
Ensure data security, backup, and compliance with IT policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Knowledge of network administration, database management, and software applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in banking IT systems
