## Title: ICT Assistant Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

Field: ICT / Computer

Coordinate design and implementation with Head ICT to ensure alignment with area/cluster objectives and corporate strategic IT direction
Identify and implement solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment
Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and networks
Manage shared technology resources
Carry out periodic preventative maintenance on machines to ensure their reliability and availability
Manage secure network access for remote users
Keep up to date with new technology developments
Evaluate technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures
Quickly and competently diagnose network issues and resolve or externally escalate them when required
Assist in the production and maintenance of documentation relating to the Company's ICT system
Assist in the administration of the Company's communication systems including mobile phones, internet connection, and telephone systems
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Company's ICT security and investigate cybersecurity breaches in compliance with company policies

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum HND, BSc, or equivalent in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other applicable degree course
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISA, MCSA, or equivalent
