Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and implementation with Head ICT to ensure alignment with area/cluster objectives and corporate strategic IT direction
• Identify and implement solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with personal computer equipment usage
• Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and networks
• Manage shared technology resources
• Carry out periodic preventative maintenance on machines to ensure their reliability and availability
• Manage secure network access for remote users
• Keep up to date with new technology developments
• Evaluate technology risks to develop network disaster recovery plans and backup procedures
• Quickly and competently diagnose network issues and resolve them or escalate externally when required
• Assist in the production and maintenance of documentation relating to the Company's ICT systems
• Assist in the administration of the Company's communication systems, including mobile phones, internet connections, and telephone systems
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Company's ICT security and compliance, including investigation of cybersecurity breaches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science/Engineering, or other applicable degree course
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISA, MCSA, or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
